Who is responsible

Haïfa Machat is responsible for information submitted through this website. Contact: hello@haifamachat.com.

Contact forms

We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your identity, email, phone number, organisation, location and message, only to understand and answer your request.

Coach Licorne

Coach Licorne registration collects your first name, email and, optionally, phone number and age range. This information is stored in a dedicated, secured Supabase space to provide access, communicate important updates and manage voluntary feedback. Your training history remains locally on your device and is not sent to Haïfa.

Letters from Haïfa

Subscriptions are managed through Mailchimp. Your first name, email address, selected language and necessary subscription information are sent to Mailchimp to manage delivery and unsubscription. You may unsubscribe through any letter.

Retention and your rights

Information is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or relationship. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

External services and trackers

The website currently uses no advertising or profiling tool. Spotify and TikTok may receive information or place their own trackers. TikTok videos load only after your action, while Spotify appears when you voluntarily open the music space.

Security

Reasonable safeguards limit unauthorised access. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through general contact forms.
